KARATZIS S.A., in accordance with the articles 4.1.2 and 4.1.4.3.1 of the Regulation of Athens Stock Exchange, announces to the investors the Financial Calendar for the year 2015.

The Annual Financial Report of 2014 and the Figures & Information will be available in the Company's website (www.karatzis.gr) and the website of Athens Stock Exchange (www.helex.gr) on Tuesday, 31st of March 2015 (before the beginning of the trading session of Athens Stock Exchange).

The Annual General Assembly of the shareholders will be held on Saturday, 13th of June 2015.

If any change exists in the Financial Calendar, Company will promptly inform the investors with new announcement.
