- Date for announcing and publishing the annual concise financial statements for 2011 fiscal year (1.1.2011 - 31.12.2011) prepared based on IAS/IFRS: Tuesday, March 27, 2012

- Date of Annual Shareholder Ordinary General Assembly: Thursday, June 28, 2012 

It is noted that the Company is going to suggest to the Annual Shareholder Ordinary General Assembly that no dividend is paid. 

The Company reserves the right to alter the above dates, after promptly informing investors by amending the present, in accordance with the provisions of Athens Exchange Rulebook.
