HERACLES G.C.C announces the decision of Mr. Manolis C. Kyprianides to step down from Chairman of the BoD of the Company, after having served for eight years in this position.

Mr. Manolis C. Kyprianides submitted today his resignation from Chairman and BoD member of HERACLES G.C.C., effective  after the completion of the Annual Ordinary Meeting of the Shareholders, on May 9, 2014.

HERACLES G.C.C. wishes to thank Mr. Kyprianides for his insightful contribution over the years to the Group strategy and the Company transformation in a challenging environment.  Today the HERACLES Group is ready and fit to face the new challenges ahead and to take advantage of the new opportunities.
