Minoan Lines S.A. announces the retirement of Mr Zografakis Konstantinos, Internal Audit Director of the Company. Following the decision of the BoD dated 19.12.2014 and according to law 3016/2002 Internal Auditor duties are undertaken by Mr. Miliaras Nikolaos (Economist), who is a member of the Company in the last twenty six years and until recently held the position of Head of Financial Control.
