The company “DIAGNOSTIC AND THERAPEUTIC CENTER OF ATHENS HYGEIA S.A” announces that according to the Law 3556/2007 and in conjunction with the article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that Mr. Mr. Ioannis Andreou, Non Executive BoD Member,- Person obligated to notify pursuant to Law 3340/2005- on October 15, 2013, sold  65,000          common registered shares of “HYGEIA S.A”, with total value of EUR 29,154.86.
