Announcement in accordance with  Greek Law 3556/2007

In accordance with Greek Law 3556/2007, in conjunction with decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, and after notification to the company in accordance with article 13 of Greek Law 3340/2005, and in accordance with the Regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange, the company “INFORM P. LYKOS S.A.” (the “Company”) informs, upon written notification received on 07.02.2014 from Mr. Nikolaos Lykos and the controlled by him company “LYKOS AG” (the "Offeror" and together with Mr. Nikolaos Lykos the "Notifying Persons"), that after a purchase of 59.236 ordinary registered shares of the company “INFORM P. LYKOS SA” by the Offeror on 07.02.2014, the percentage of Company's voting rights held directly and indirectly by the Notifying Persons, amounts to 12.966.597 shares, representing 63,011% of the Company's voting rights. Specifically, Mr. Nikolaos Lykos holds directly 11.069.300 shares and indirectly through the Offeror 1.897.297 shares representing 53,791% and 9,220% of the Company's voting rights, respectively.
