Announcement in accordance with article 24, par.2 (a) and (b) Greek Law 3461/2006

In accordance with article 24, par.2 (a) and (b) of Greek Law 3461/2006, Mr. Nikolaos Lykos and the controlled by him company “LYKOS AG” (the “Offeror”) declare that from 28.02.2014 until 05.03.2014, the Offeror acquired totally 200.792 ordinary registered shares of the company “INFORM P. LYKOS S.A.” (the “Company”) against € 1,50 per share through stock transactions, which will be settled from 06.03.2014 until 10.03.2014. Following these transactions, the total percentage of Company's voting rights amounted for Mr. Nikolaos Lykos to 66,051% from 65,075% and for the Offeror to 12,260% from 11,284%, at 27.02.2014.
