Announcement in accordance with article 24, par.2 (a) and (b) Greek Law 3461/2006

In accordance with article 24, par.2 (a) and (b) of Greek Law 3461/2006, Mr. Nikolaos Lykos and the controlled by him company “LYKOS AG” (the “Offeror”) declare that from 06.03.2014 until 07.03.2014, the Offeror acquired totally 227.394 ordinary registered shares of the company “INFORM P. LYKOS S.A.” (the “Company”) against € 1,50 per share through stock transactions, which will be settled from 11.03.2014 until 12.03.2014. Following these transactions, the total percentage of Company's voting rights amounted for Mr. Nikolaos Lykos to 67,156% from 66,051% and for the Offeror to 13,365% from 12,260%, at 05.03.2014.
