Announcement in accordance with article 24, par.2 (a) and (b) Greek Law 3461/2006

In accordance with article 24, par.2 (a) and (b) of Greek Law 3461/2006, Mr. Nikolaos Lykos and the controlled by him company “LYKOS AG” (the “Offeror”) declare that on 08.01.2014 and 09.01.2014, the Offeror acquired totally 4.695 and 110.538 ordinary registered shares of the company “INFORM P. LYKOS S.A.” (the “Company”) respectively against € 1,50 per share through stock transactions, which will be settled on 13.01.2014 and 14.01.2014 respectively. Following these transactions, the total percentage of Company's voting rights amounted for Mr. Nikolaos Lykos to 61,037% from 60,477% and for the Offeror to 7,246% from 6,686%, at 31.12.2013.
