Announcement in accordance with article 24, par.2 (a) and (b) Greek Law 3461/2006

In accordance with article 24, par.2 (a) and (b) of Greek Law 3461/2006, Mr. Nikolaos Lykos and the controlled by him company “LYKOS AG” (the “Offeror”) declare that from 10.02.2014 until 12.02.2014, the Offeror acquired totally 104.252 ordinary registered shares of the company “INFORM P. LYKOS S.A.” (the “Company”) against € 1,50 per share through stock transactions, which will be settled from 13.02.2014 until 17.02.2014. Following these transactions, the total percentage of Company's voting rights amounted for Mr. Nikolaos Lykos to 63,517% from 63,011% and for the Offeror to 9,726% from 9,220%, at 07.02.2014.
