Announcement in accordance with article 24, par.2 (a) and (b) Greek Law 3461/2006

In accordance with article 24, par.2 (a) and (b) of Greek Law 3461/2006, Mr. Nikolaos Lykos and the controlled by him company “LYKOS AG” (the “Offeror”) declare that on 23.12.2013 and 27.12.2013, the Offeror acquired totally 101.652 and 69.059 ordinary registered shares of the company “INFORM P. LYKOS S.A.” (the “Company”) respectively against € 1,50 per share through stock transactions, which will be settled on 31.12.2013 and 02.01.2014 respectively. Following these transactions, the total percentage of Company's voting rights amounted for Mr. Nikolaos Lykos to 59,970% from 59,142% and for the Offeror to 6,179% from 5,351%, at 20.12.2013.
