Announcement in accordance with article 24, par.2 (a) and (b) Greek Law 3461/2006

In accordance with article 24, par.2 (a) and (b) of Greek Law 3461/2006, Mr. Nikolaos Lykos and the controlled by him company “LYKOS AG” (the “Offeror”) declare that on 30.12.2013 and 31.12.2013, the Offeror acquired totally 55.770 and 48.610 ordinary registered shares of the company “INFORM P. LYKOS S.A.” (the “Company”) respectively against € 1,50 per share through stock transactions, which will be settled on 03.01.2014 and 07.01.2014 respectively. Following these transactions, the total percentage of Company's voting rights amounted for Mr. Nikolaos Lykos to 60,477% from 59,970% and for the Offeror to 6,686% from 6,179%, at 27.12.2013.
