Announcement in accordance with article 24, par.2 (a) and (b) Greek Law 3461/2006

In accordance with article 24, par.2 (a) and (b) of Greek Law 3461/2006, Mr. Nikolaos Lykos and the controlled by him company “LYKOS AG” (the “Offeror”) declare that from 24.02.2014 until 27.02.2014, the Offeror acquired totally 196.995 ordinary registered shares of the company “INFORM P. LYKOS S.A.” (the “Company”) against € 1,50 per share through stock transactions, which will be settled from 27.02.2014 until 05.03.2014. Following these transactions, the total percentage of Company's voting rights amounted for Mr. Nikolaos Lykos to 65,075% from 64,118% and for the Offeror to 11,284% from 10,327%, at 21.02.2014.
