Announcement in accordance with article 24, par.2 (a) and (b) Greek Law 3461/2006

In accordance with article 24, par.2 (a) and (b) of Greek Law 3461/2006, Mr. Nikolaos Lykos and the controlled by him company “LYKOS AG” (the “Offeror”) declare that from 24.01.2014 until 03.02.2014, the Offeror acquired totally 137.821 ordinary registered shares of the company “INFORM P. LYKOS S.A.” (the “Company”) against € 1,50 per share through stock transactions, which will be settled from 29.01.2014 until 06.02.2014. Following these transactions, the total percentage of Company's voting rights amounted for Mr. Nikolaos Lykos to 62,245% from 61,575% and for the Offeror to 8,454% from 7,784%, at 23.01.2014.
