ANNOUNCEMENT 

Change of company's name

SIDENOR STEEL PRODUCTS MANUFACTURING COMPANY S.A. informs the investors that on 27/5/2014 the Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders decided, amongst other items, to change the company's name to SIDENOR HOLDINGS S.A.

The Ministry of Development by its decision bearing No. Κ-2128/17-06-2014 approved the amendment of the relevant clause of the company's articles of association. The Board of Directors of the Athens Exchange in its meeting held on 10/7/2014 was notified of the above decision. Following the above, by resolution of the company's Board of Directors, it is decided that as from 16/7/2014, the name of the company in the Athens Exchange shall change to SIDENOR HOLDINGS S.A.
