Time amendment of disclosure of 2013 Financial Statements

HYGEIA S.A., referring to its announcement made on 26.3.2013, announces that 2013 Financial Statements according to IFRS will be disclosed on Monday 31, March 2014, according to current legislation, at the Company's website as well as at HELEX website, upon the close of the trading session.
