Notification on the Change of the

Participation in a Listed Company

CORINTH PIPEWORKS SA informs the investment community that, pursuant to Law 3556/2007, to the Decision 1/434/3.7.2007, the Circular 33 of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission, the ATHEX Rules and Regulations and following the notification received by VIOHALCO S.A. and VIOHALCO SA/NV on 18/11/2013, that on 16/11/2013 VIOHALCO S.A. did not held any voting rights, versus 84.68% (105,146,740 voting rights) held before, directly or indirectly, as a result of the total succession by VIOHALCO SA/NV.

VIOHALCO SA/NV currently holds directly and indirectly via its subsidiaries SIDENOR S.A., ALCOMET S.A. and DIATOUR S.A., 106,640,015 voting rights, thus 85.88% out of the total Company's voting rights.
