ANNOUNCEMENT

Following the announcement (prot.no.: 19346/12.11.2013) of November 12, 2013, to the Athens Exchange and Hellenic Exchanges S.A., VIOHALCO- HELLENIC COPPER AND ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY S.A. (hereinafter the “Company”) announces to the public that, on 16th November 2013, the corporate transformation (merger) by absorption of the Company by the Belgian company VIOHALCO, was concluded, by way of execution of the notarial deed of the notary public of Brussels, Sophie Maquet.

The indicative timetable of principal events which was announced to the public by the Company as per the hereinabove announcement of November 12, 2013 is still in effect.
