Within the framework of the obligations that emanate from the legislative framework in force, of the decisions of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and the regulations of the Athens Exchanges, «D.T.C.A HYGEIA S.A» would like to inform the investment community, that Mr. Anastasios Kyprianidis assumed the position of CEO of HYGEIA.

Mr. A. Kyprianidis is electrical engineer (Dipl. Ing.) and has a PhD in Physics (Dr. rer. nat) from RWTH Aachen University, Germany. He has been a researcher in the CNRS Institute in France, a special associate of the University of Crete and a reader in the Technical University of Aachen, Germany. Over the last 25 years he has worked as business consultant and from 1993 to 2015 he was an executive of PLANET S.A. He specializes in strategy development, organizational restructuring and operational reengineering, as well as performance improvement of corporate operations.
