Following the letter No 3579/30.09.2013 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, Geniki Bank informs the investors that the mother company PIRAEUS BANK has not notified until now any concrete decisions, regarding the course of development of the Geniki Bank.

It is obvious that if there is a decision on  the transformation of the character of the Bank, the investors will be informed immediately, in accordance with the law.
