The company “DIAGNOSTIC AND THERAPEUTIC CENTER OF ATHENS HYGEIA SA” (hereinafter DTCA HYGEIA SA) announces the acquisition of the remaining 12.14% in share capital of its subsidiary in Albania HYGEIA TIRANA ShA, which operates HYGEIA HOSPITAL TIRANA, for a consideration of €3.8m. As a result, DTCA HYGEIA SA now owns 100% of HYGEIA TIRANA ShA's share capital.

This transaction is in tune with HYGEIA Group's strategic objective to maintain complete control over the ownership and management of the Group's subsidiaries, so as to ensure the high level of healthcare services it offers.
