According to paragraph 4.1.3.1 par. ib of ATHEX regulation, “HELLENIC FABRICS S.A.” announces the completion of the tax audit for the fiscal years 2006 and 2007. According to the results of the tax audit, the overall charge of the Company amounts to € 4.5 thousand of additional taxes and fines. The company due to losses had not made any provision for the above fiscal years and this amount will be charged to 2013.
