Participation in the Share Capital Increase of a subsidiary company

SIDENOR SA informs the investment community that proceeded to a share capital increase in its subsidiary JOSTDEX Ltd in order to strengthen its capital structure, by euro 1,309,000, in cash.

As a result of the afore mentioned share capital increase, the new share capital of JOSTDEX Ltd stands at euro 33,000 divided into 33,000 common registered shares with a nominal value of euro 1 each, while the new share premium reserves will stand at euro 1,367,000. It is noted that SIDENOR SA will participate in the said subsidiary with 98%.
