Change in the composition of the Company's Board of

Directors

Following the provisions of 2 par 2 (e) of the Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Capital Markets Commission 3/347/12.07/2005 and the stock exchange legislation, SIDENOR S.A. notifies that, following a pertinent resolution of the company's Board of Directors, dated 17/10/2013, Mr. Vassilios Papantoniou, was elected as a new, executive member of the Board of Directors, to substitute, until the end of the Board's term, Mr. Nicholas Stassinopoulos, who submitted his resignation. By its above resolution, the Board of Directors appointed as new Chairman Mr. George Kalfarentzos and as new Vice Chairman Mr. Nikolaos Koudounis.

As a result of the above, the members of the company's new Board of Directors are as follows:

1. Georgios Kalfarentzos, Chairman of BoD - Executive member
2. Nikolaos Koudounis, Vice-chairman of BoD - Executive member
3. Nikolaos Mariou, Member of BoD - Executive member
4. George Soulitzis, Member of BoD - Non-executive member
5. Vassileios Papantoniou, Member of BoD - Executive member
6. George Passas, Member of BoD – Non Executive member
7. Ioannis Ikonomou, Member of BoD - Non-executive member
8. Andreas Kyriazis, Member of BoD - Non-executive and independent member
9. Efstathios Strimber, Member of BoD - Non-executive and independent member
