Technical Olympic SA, acting for itself and for Mohlos SA, which it has absorbed by merger, confirms that it has been served today, Thursday August 3^nd 2017, with the final Decision no. 642/2017 of the Hellenic Competition Commission, which ends the investigation into past tenders for public works of infrastructure, finds an infringement of Article 101 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union and of Article 1 of Law 3959/2011 and imposes fines on several companies active in the construction sector.

Notification of change in participation percentage 

Under Article 14 of Law 3556/2007, ELLAKTOR SA discloses information received by the following liable shareholder on 2/8/2017:
