Announcement for the issuance of the Tax Compliance Report of the company LOULIS MILLS SA for tax year 2016

The company "LOULIS MILLS SA" pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 4.1.3.1. of the ATHEX Regulation and Article 10 par. 1 of L.3340 / 2005, informs the investors that the special tax audit of the Company for the tax year 2016 was completed. The audit was conducted by the auditors in accordance with the Article 65A of Law. 4174/2013, as in force, and issued the corresponding Tax Compliance Conclusion reports without qualification.

TERNA ENERGY S.A. informs the investors that, in compliance with article 4 par. 4 of the Regulation no. 2273/2003 of the Commission of the European Communities and according to article 16 of the Codified Law 2190/1920, as amended and currently in force, as well as by virtue of the Decision of the Ordinary General Assembly of its Shareholders dated 18.04.2016 and the Decision of the Board of Directors dated 18.04.2016, proceeded on August 7, 2017 through the member of the A.S.E.
