The company Folli Follie S.A. under trade name “FF Group”, in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no 2273/2003, article 4, par 4, announces that following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company (dated June 26, 2015) purchased, treasury shares through the Athens Exchange member Euroxx Securities as follows:

On February 3^rd, 2016 the Company purchased 3.400 shares, with an average price of EUR 13,74 per share and a total purchase price of EUR 46.699,98.

The Company FOLLI FOLLIE S.A , with trade title “FF GROUP", announces that pursuant to Law 3556/ 2007, Law 3340/07 in conjunction with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission's decision No. 1/ 434/ 3.7.2007, Mr. Dimitrios Koutsolioutsos, President of the BoD of FF GROUP, acquired on February 3^rd 2016, 7.000 common nominal shares at a total value of 94.640,00 Euro. This transaction was notified to the Company according to article 13 of Law.3340/2005.
