Acquisition of Own Shares

LAMDA Development S.A. (the “Company”), in compliance with Regulation of the Committee of European Community no 2273/2003, article 4, par.4, announces that according to article 16 of the Codified Law 2190/1920 as amended and currently in force and following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders and the Board of Directors' resolution (dated June 16, 2015), purchased own shares through the Athens Exchange Member Eurobank Equities Investment Firm S.A., as follows:

PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES

TERNA ENERGY S.A. informs the investors that, in compliance with article 4 par. 4 of the Regulation no. 2273/2003 of the Commission of the European Communities and according to article 16 of the Codified Law 2190/1920, as amended and currently in force, as well as by virtue of the Decision of the Ordinary General Assembly of its Shareholders dated 29.04.2014 and the Decision of the Board of Directors dated 30.04.2014, proceeded on February 4, 2016 through the member of the A.S.E.

PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES

GEK TERNA S.A. informs the investors that, in compliance with article 4 par. 4 of the Regulation no. 2273/2003 of the Commission of the European Communities and according to article 16 of the Codified Law 2190/1920, as amended and currently in force, as well as by virtue of the Decision of the Regular General Assembly of its Shareholders dated 26.06.2014 and the Decision of the Board of Directors dated 26.06.2014, proceeded  on February  4, 2016 through the member of the A.S.E.
