Luxembourg, February 8, 2016 – Mr. Athanasios Kotsis, Executive Chairman of INTRASOFT International and Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Greek Federation of Information Technology & Communications Enterprises (SEPE) has been elected as a Board member of the Digital Advisory Council of DIGITALEUROPE, the organization that sets the pan-European vision for Digital Europe.

The company MLS Multimedia S.A. announces that mr. John Kamatakis President and Chairman of the Board of Directors on Friday February 5 , 2016, bought 10.082 shares of a total value of 33.070,28€

The  announcement is in accordance with L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and 21) and in combination with the resolution of the H.C.M.C. 1/434/3.7.2007 .
