In accordance with Regulation of the Committee of European Community no 2273/2003, article 4, par.4,  MLS MULTIMEDIA S.A.  announces that following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company (dated June 30, 2014)  and the Board of Director's resolution (dated October 10, 2014) purchased 1.758 own shares on Wednesday February 10, 2016 with average cost price 3,0162€ per share and total purchase value 5.302,55€ through the Athens Exchange Member Alpha Finance S.A.

AEGEAN AIRLINES S.A. announces, that in compliance with L.3556/2007 and L.3340/2005, in combination with the resolution of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission 1/434/3.7.2007, M. G. CHRYSSAFIDIS S.A., a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Alexandros Makridis (Independent, non-executive member of the BoD), purchased 1,600 shares of Aegean Airlines of total value Euro 10,384.00 on 10/2/2016.
