DECISION FOR TREASURY SALE

MLS  Innovation Inc.. in accordance with the applicable Greek capital market legislation    following the Board of Director's resolution (dated March 15 , 2018) announces its intention to sell 95.000 treasury shares (0.765% of its share capital) .

The lowest sale price is  4.20€   and the transaction will be completed until March 20  2018.

BUYBACK

MLS Innovation Inc., based on Regulations (EU) 2016/1052 and 596/2014 announces that following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company (dated June 30, 2016)  and the Board of Director's resolution(dated January 31, 2018) purchased  3.650 own shares on Thursday  March 15 , 2018 with average cost price 4,3307€ per share and total purchase value 15.807,05€ through the Athens Exchange Member Alpha Finance S.A.
