Increase of Hydro Generation

 

PPCS.A.informs that, due to continued increased inflows to the Reservoirs of its Hydro Power Plants, combined with the already high level of water reserves, deem it necessary that Hydro Generation is significantly increased in the current period.

EYΑΤΗ S.A. pursuant to Law 3556/30.4.2007, Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 and Circular No. 33/2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, informs the investing community that, according to the relevant submission of the notification of the Ministry of Finance, which the Company received electronically on March 21st, 2018, the total percentage of voting rights controlled by the Greek State remains 74.02%. The Greek State controls the 100% of the voting rights of "Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations S.A." (HCAP S.A.), which controls the 100% of the voting rights of HRADF.

Public Power Corporation (PPC) S.A. announces that, pursuant to L.3556/2007 and following relevant notification received on March 21, 2018, a transfer of  79,165,114 PPC shares (namely 34.123%) by the Greek State to the Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations S.A. (HCAP S.A.) was completed on March 20, 2018, by law and without consideration, according to para. 20, article 380 of L. 4512/2018,  as amended para. 1 of article 197 of L. 4389/2016.

In its annual briefing to analysts, which took place through the Hellenic Fund and Asset Management Association, MOTOR OIL presented its activities and key financial figures for the fiscal year 2017.

The strategy of MOTOR OIL for the fiscal year 2017 focused on achieving a high rate of utilization for its Refinery, selling the output of its products in the most effective way in the 3 main markets in which it traditionally operates (Domestic, Exports, Shipping-Aviation), and generating positive cash flows.
