As of March 15, 2018, the shares of the company "FOODLINK S.A." (GRS510003015) are traded on the "Alternative Market" of ATHEX ex-rights in terms of 3 new (CR) shares for every 4 old (CR) shares held, at an issue price of € 0.30 per share.The rights' trading period is set from March 20, 2018, to March 29, 2018, included. The rights' subscription period is set from March 20, 2018, to April 5, 2018, included. It is clarified, according to article 2.6.3. of the ATHEX Rulebook, to the Rules of Operation of Alternative Market and to the decisions No 22 & 26 of the ATHEX BoD, that the fluctuation price limits of the share price only for the trading session on March 15, 2018 are set as follows: +10% (extending to +20%) at the closing share price of the ATHEX last trading session (14/03/2018): € 0.6300 and -10% (extending to -20%) at the adjusted start share price:  € 0.4900.
