As of February 2, 2016, the shares of the company "SIDMA S.A. STEEL PRODUCTS" (GRS484003009) are traded on the ATHEX without the right to participate in the share capital increase due to the merger by acquisition of the company "PANELCO S.A.", with the  issue of 186,667 new (CR) shares and with the following shares΄ exchange ratio: i) each shareholder of "SIDMA S.A. STEEL PRODUCTS" exchanges every 1 (CR) share held with 1.0076187 new (CR) shares, and ii) each shareholder of the company "PANELCO S.A." exchanges every 5.47 shares held with 1 new (CR) share of the company "SIDMA S.A. STEEL PRODUCTS".

It is clarified, according to article 2.6.3. of the ATHEX Rulebook and to decisions No 22 & 26 of the ATHEX BoD, that the fluctuation price limits of the share price only for the trading session on February 2, 2016, are set as follows: +20% at the closing share price of the ATHEX last trading session (01/02/2016): € 0.140 and -20% at the adjusted start share price:  € 0.139

Maximum Trading limit  +20% : €  0.168

Minimum Trading limit   -20%  : €  0.112

According to the above, and taking into consideration that in the system ΟΑΣΗΣ (the Advanced Electronic & Automated System for Securities Trading of ATHEX) the start share price - in this case - is the adjusted share price, the maximum and minimum trading limits are formed as follows:
