Announcement
The company "PLAISIO COMPUTERS SA" announces to the investing public, concerning the investment in Magoula Attica (warehouse, logistics and distribution in thesi Skliri, Magoula Attica), which was built under the Law 3299/2004 (decision 32278/ΥΠΕ/4/00513/Ε/Ν. 3299/2004), that with the 18420/ΥΠΕ/4/00513/Ε/Ν.3299/28.4.2011 decision of the under secretary of competitiveness and shipping (Government Gazette, issue B, 1078/1.6.2011) the completion of the investment was certified the completion, finalization of cost and commencement of the productive operation of the investment.
With the above mentioned decision the remaider of the susidy was approved amounting to 2.258.564 euro. It is noted that the total amount of the subsidy came up to 4.411.541 euro.
The above mentioned amount , which is going to be collected in the following period, will be treated according to IAS 20 "Government Grants" and is not expected to affect substantially the results of the company and of the Group.
