The Company "Global New Europe Fund Portfolio Investments S.A." (the Company) announces, in accordance with the provisions of L.3556/2007 and L.3340/2005, and of the Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that EFG Eurobank Ergasias S.A. on May 13, 2008 acquired 333.330 Company's registered common shares with the total amount of Euro 1,524,651.40.
It is noted that EFG Eurobank Ergasias S.A. is, pursuant to the provisions of L.3340/2005, a related legal entity with Mr. Fokiona Karavia, Chairman- Non Executive Member of the Company's B.O.D. and General Manager, Member of the Execution Commitee of EFG Eurobank Ergasias S.A.
