MAILLIS S.A." announces the following amendments/additional information related to the section "Additional information" of the "Summary Financial Statements for the period from 1 January 2008 until 31 March 2008", according to the decision 6/448/11.10.2007 of the Board of Directors of the Greek Capital Market Commission, which were published on 9.05.2008 in Kathimerini and Express newspapers: a) The "Income of goods and services from related parties" are the same as those stated in caption "Sales of goods and services" in note 8 of the "Additional information" and the "Expenses of goods and services from related parties" are the same as those stated in caption "Purchases of goods and services" of the same note. b) The Group has formed cumulative provisions amounting to euro 1,200 thousand for unaudited fiscal tax years, euro 6,013 thousand for retirement benefit obligations and euro 2,985 thousand for other liabilities. The Company has formed cumulative provisions amounting to euro 1,200 thousand for unaudited fiscal tax years, euro 779 thousand for retirement benefit obligations and euro 354 thousand for other liabilities.
