The company NEOCHIMIKI ABEE (hereafter the "Company"), pursuant to article 14 of L. 3556/2007 and following notification received on May 13th 2008 by SANTANDER INVESTMENTS SA, that on May 9th 2008, the company proceeded to the sale of Company?s shares and as a result, its total number of shares and voting rights decreased from 3,564,331 to 649,229. Hence, its percentage on the Company?s total number of shares and voting rights changed from 9.901% to 1.803%.
