The company NEOCHIMIKI ABEE (hereafter the "Company"), pursuant to article 14 of L. 3556/2007 and following notification received on May 15th 2008 by FORTIS GLOBAL CUSTODY SERVICES N.V, that on May 9th 2008, the company proceeded to the sale of Company?s shares and as a result, its total number of shares and voting rights decreased from 4,000,000 to nil. Hence, its percentage on the Company?s total number of shares and voting rights changed from 11.111% to nil.
