The company NEOCHIMIKI ABEE (hereafter the "Company"), pursuant to article 14 of L. 3556/2007 and following notification received on May 14th 2008 by Commerzbank AG, that on May 9th 2008, the company proceeded to the sale of Company?s shares and as a result, its total number of shares decreased from 2,603,641 to 0 and its total number of voting rights decreased from 2,178,641 to nil. Hence, its percentage on the Company?s total number of shares changed from 7.232% to nil, and its percentage on the Company?s total number of voting rights changed from 6.051% to nil.
