S&B Industrial Minerals S.A. announces, according to article 19 par. 2 of Law 3556/2007, that based on the decision of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, which took place on Wednesday May 14th, 2008 at 13.00 at the company?s headquarters in Kifisia (15 A. Metaxa street), the amendment of articles 4 par. 7 section (β), 5 par. 3 & 5, 8 par. 2 case (α) & (β), 9 par. 1 section (β), 10 par. 1, 13 par. 2, 14 par. 1 & 3, 19 par. 1 & 3, 20 par. 2, 22, 25 par. 3 & 4, 27 par. 1, 2, 3 & 6, 28, 29 par. 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, & 9, 31 par. 6, 32 par. (β), 34 par. 1 section (β) & par. 10, as well as the elimination of Chapter VII "Transitional Provisions", i.e. articles 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, according to the provisions of L. 3604/2007.
