Euromedica S.A. hereby informs its shareholders and the investing public that it has founded a new company with the corporate name "EUROMEDICA AROGI OF ACHAIA S.A. - FOLLOW-UP TREATMENT AND REHABILITATION CENTRE AND CARE FACILITY FOR THE ELDERLY". The company's registered office is in the Municipality of Athens and its main purpose is the operation of a Follow-up treatment and Rehabilitation Centre in the area of Patras, in which health care and hospitalisation services will be provided to inpatients and outpatients, as well as the founding and operation of a model Care Facility for the Elderly. The share capital of the new company is 2,900,000 euro with a 99.5% (2,885,500 euro) Euromedica holding, while the remaining 0.5% (14,500 euro) is held by the company "EUROMEDICA AROGI S.A." (formerly "ALEXANDRIO CARDIOLOGIC S.A.").
