Notification of important changes in relation to voting rights deriving from shares pursuant to L. 3556/2007
In compliance with the provisions of L. 3556/2007, Proton Bank S.A. (hereinafter the "Bank") notifies to the investing public that on the 21st of May 2008 the following percentages of voting rights which are incorporated in shares issues by the Bank may be exercised from the following proxy holders in the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Bank on 23.05.2008:
- 14.40 %, i.e. 9,025,765 voting rights may be exercised by Ms Anastasia Petsinari.
- 8.14 %, i.e. 5,104,320 voting rights may be exercised by Ms Loukia Karanikola.
- 0.87 %, i.e. 543,507 voting rights may be exercised by either Ms Anastasia Petsinari or Ms Loukia Karanikola.
- 20.60 %, i.e. 12,911,941 voting rights may be exercised by either Ms Marina Xyrokosta, Messrs John Tsigounakis and John Papapetros.
- 14.40 %, i.e. 9,025,765 voting rights may be exercised by Ms Anastasia Petsinari.
- 8.14 %, i.e. 5,104,320 voting rights may be exercised by Ms Loukia Karanikola.
