The company according to the stipulations of article 10 of Law 3340/2005 and decision N. 3/347/2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that after the approval of the Hellenic Competition Committee, the final agreement has been signed on May 13, 2008 between companies SFAKIANAKIS S.A. and KOULOURIS S.A. for the acquisition of car retail activities of BMW and sectors of spare parts and services, as well as the landed property where is accommodated the unit of showroom and service facilities on the Lavrion avenue.
