The company M.J.MAILLIS SA announces, according to the Law 3556/2007 and in combination with the article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that: Mr. Victor Papaconstantinou, Executive Member of the Board of Directors and Chief Financial Officer of the Group - person obligated to notify pursuant to Law 3340/2005 - bought on May 13th,2008 8,500 common registered shares of M.J.MAILLIS SA, bearing voting rights, having a total value of 8,925 euro.
