PEGASUS PUBLISHING S.A. announces, according to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that the company has proceeded to the issuance of a 10.000.000,00 euro, non-convertible and non-exchangeable bond loan, in cooperation with "BANK OF CYPRUS LTD". The length of the bond loan is 5 years and it is issued for the rearrangement of the company's current bank loans and the financing of it' s new investments.
