Pursuant to the article 290 par.5 of the Regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange, the Company "Global New Europe Fund Portfolio Investments S.A." announces that, by enforcement of the decisions of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders on 11/05/2007 and its Board of Directors on 18/05/2007 during the period from 29/05/2007 until 11/05/2008 the Company purchased 761.656 own shares, at the average cost price per share Euro 4.185.
The total number of the Company's own shares amounts to 761.656 shares, with average cost price per share Euro 4.185 and represents 4.66% of its share capital.
