The Ordinary General Assembly of shareholders of the company EUROMEDICA S.A. held on 19/05/2008 decided the distribution of a dividend for the 2007 fiscal year amounting to euro 0.043 per share. The persons entitled to collect the dividend are those who owned Company shares at the completion of the session of the Athens Exchange held on 21/05/2008. Ex-dividend date for the 2007 dividend is 22/05/2008.
Payment of the 2007 dividend will start on 30/05/2008 and will be effected through the network of branches of the "PIRAEUS BANK S.A." as follows:
1. Through the Dematerialised Securities System (DSS) operators, pursuant to article 329 of the Regulation of the Athens Exchange (ASE) and article 39 of the Regulation of Central Securities Depository (CSD).
2. Through the "PIRAEUS BANK S.A." network of branches, for those shareholders who have requested exemption from their DSS administrator.
3. If it is impossible to credit the relevant amounts for certain shareholders through their administrators, for any reason whatsoever, shareholders will de able to collect the dividend from Thursday, 5 June 2008, through the Network of Branches of "PIRAEUS BANK S.A."
Dividend collection, in cases 2 and 3 above, will be possible until 31/12/2008 and will be effected upon notifying the DSS Investor Lot Code Number and producing the Police Identity Card, wither in person or through a legally authorized representative. After the above (31/12/2008), dividends shall be paid only at the offices of "EUROMEDICA MEDICAL SERVICES SOCIETE ANONYME" at 2 Ermou Street, 10563, Athens, Floor B, tel. 2103216000.
