The IASO SA commenting on today?s article of ?Capital.gr? informs the investment community as follows:
The IASO SA Board of Directors, in the framework of the IASO Group?s business development, is considering the possibility of establishing a Real Estate Investment Company of L. 2778/1999. It is pointed that at the time when the final decisions will be taken, the company will promptly proceed with the issuance of an announcement as required by the relevant legislation and the regulatory framework set by the Hellenic Capital Commission and the Athens Stock Exchange.
