By implementation of the provisions of article 16 par. 5 to 14 of L.2190/1920 and article 290 par. 1 and 2 of the ATHEX regulation, S&B Industrial Minerals announces that in the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders on May 14th, 2008 Share Buy-Back was firmly approved and the Company intends to proceed with a buy-back according to the following terms: a) buy back of maximum of 3.000.000 shares. b) minimum price 1.00 Euro/ share c) maximum price 20.00 Euro/ share. d) maximum transaction period: 24 months, i.e. in the period 14.5.2008 ? 14.5.2010.
